Ryan Kuna is a cinematographer that explores the poetic and emotional role of light in cinematic storytelling. Ryan holds an MFA in Cinematography (’21) from the American Film Institute Conservatory and a BA in Film and Media arts with a Concentration in Cinematography (’19) from Temple University.
Ryan’s time as a gaffer has provided him with vast experience at scaling budget levels, varying aesthetics, and formats ranging from high base iso digital to low asa 16mm and 35mm film stocks.
He is based in Los Angeles and available for travel to shoot narrative films, music videos, & commercials.
